We start with a 30-minute call where you tell me what you want to exist. If I can build it, we agree on written scope — one paragraph, what's in, what's out — and I start. Then I ship daily: small, real, live. Every day something new exists that didn't exist yesterday, and we talk each week about what to do next.
And here's the part nobody else offers: your build becomes my content. I document the whole sprint in public — what we tried, what worked, what didn't. You're not just hiring a builder, you're hiring an audience watching your thing come alive.
Most engagements produce three to four real, shipped attempts at the thing you're after. Because the fastest way to find what works is to put versions in front of people and watch.
